LinkSCEEM Conference on High Performance Computing (HPC) When 6th till 8th of October, 2009

The Cyprus Institute and CSCS (Switzerland) are organizing the first
International LinkSCEEM Conference on High Performance Computing (HPC).
The conference is designed so that internationally recognised
computational scientists and leading experts of the European scene will
meet with HPC users and prominent personalities of the regional
scientific community. The conference is the climax of the 18 month
European-funded LinkSCEEM project coordinated by the Computation-based
Science and Technology Research Center (CaSToRC) of the Cyprus
Institute.
Financial support for participation to the LinkSCEEM
conference is available for graduate students, post-docs and a limited
number of young faculty. The support is intended to cover registration
fees (including accommodation and meals). Interested applicants should
have a background in science or engineering with a strong interest in
scientific computing and computational methods. The candidates should
be affiliated with a recognized university or research institute from
the Middle-East or Eastern Mediterranean region. Applications for
financial support need to be completed online at the Application For
Support website by 19th of July, 2009.

concepts of the Microsoft XNA. Microsoft XNA is composed of industry
leading software, resources and communities that allow developers to
develop and enable games on platforms like Xbox 360 and Windows Vista.
